The Michael C. Carlos Museum offers the most elegant atmospheres available in Atlanta for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations, corporate meetings, and special events. With three different rental space options, we can accommodate events of any size.

 
Imagine your next special event in the Carlos Museum Reception Hall set amid the award-winning architecture of Michael Graves, including floor-to-ceiling windows, chandelier lighting, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, and the classic elegance of our Steinway grand piano. The Carlos Museum offers the perfect space to make any event a unique and memorable experience.
 
The rental fee includes security, tables, chairs, set up, breakdown, on-site event supervision, and free parking (after 5 p.m. and on the weekends). The Museum's galleries can be added to any facility rental. Alcohol is permitted and must be provided by the event sponsor. There are no fees associated with the alcohol, but a preferred caterer must provide all bartending services.

Michael C. Carlos Museum Preferred Caterers 
The Carlos Museum has ten wonderful preferred caterers. Our list provides our clients with some of the most talented chefs and special event professionals in Atlanta. Please feel free to search their websites for detailed information about what makes their approaches to food and service just right for you.

The Michael C. Carlos Museum does allow outside caterers at an additional fee of $500. Any outside caterer must be licensed, insured, and interviewed for approval.
